Lee at seothemes.com is a top programmer with an eye for clean, modern design! That's pretty rare... pretty rare indeed! As a graduate of MIT I'm pretty picky about these things and I can say that I was impressed with his code which uses best practices and cutting-edge optimization techniques. I highly recommend Lee's themes and he also does great custom work (if you need something special for your site).
